What an experience. Staying in a nearly 500 year old tower just a few meters from the Mediterranean is quite spectacular! Everything was just as described and Michelle and her husband were very good hosts. The room was clean and large with a spectacular view and in walking distance of many seaside restaurants. The area, Marina del Cantone, is far less crowded than other parts of the peninsula, so it's much more relaxing than the larger cities. However be aware, that since it's also a campground there can be a lot of children.
El Camping Nettuno es un lugar hermoso, comodo, ideal para ir con familia. La casa donde nos alojamos estaba muy completa, podiamos cocinar y desayunar o almorzar afuera en un pequeño porch preparado para eso. Michele estuvo muy atento, y nos ayudo para llegar hasta Marina del Cantone, dado que los transportes publicos no son tan frecuentes hasta allí. La playa es un encanto, un lugar tranquilo para descansar. Estamos muy contentos de haber conocido este lugar. Gracias Michele.
We really enjoyed our stay in the castle, was a very spacious apartment with small balconies & lovely views. We aren't used to Italy roads & found it a bit difficult to find. Internet is only available up in the bar/restaurant area & it wasn't working when we were there. The only negative was that fact they do not supply cleaning products for washing dishes & keeping the kitchen clean which is a requirement when staying there.
I booked several units on Resort Nettuno for family and friends who were in town for my wedding. They were all very happy with the customer service and location. Short distance to the beach and Marina del Cantone.
Everything about this place was perfect!!! Would definitely go back. Michele was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend
Das Apartment im Turm war traumhaft und sehr empfehlenswert. Der Blick ist fantastisch. Innen ist das Apartment jedoch ein bisschen klein zu dritt - einer musste in der Küche schlafen. Da wirklich traumhaftes Wetter war, war dies allerdings überhaupt nicht schlimm. Die Organisation war wunderbar und ich bin froh, dass wir uns hierfür entschieden haben.
We really enjoyed our stay in the bungalow with lovely views of the sea. It wasn´t directly by the sea, but in good location, with many trees around, so we could cool ourselves in apartment. On the other hand, I was little bit dissapointed, that there is no information, that internet is only available at the bar, and with extra fee (!) in proposal. There could be also some warning, that there could be jellyfish in the sea. We had to buy cleaning products for washing dishes & keeping the kitchen clean which is a requirement when staying there for a longer time. The appartment wasn't also equipped with basic ingredients like salt and pepper, but after buying this 'must haves', the time we spend there was very nice.
My Sister and I had a magical time here. Castle Turbolo is like a small Rapunzel's tower. We did not get the top floor room with the terrace like we assumed we would but we really didn't read the description very well. Still, the lower level had a small balcony with a gorgeous view of the water and boats. So magical. There are a lot of nice Family's in RC campsites that look like little neighborhoods all around the tower. So we almost felt like we were camping on the ocean in Rapunzel's tower. Random yet so magical and highly recommended. Michele was so nice too. Thanks Michele.
Very cozy, the staff was very nice and helpful, the place had a lot of character, everyone staying around us was very friendly. The store was super awesome and everyone working in the store was really cool and nice as well. The beach was beautiful. We walked down to the beach super close and it was a great location for some snorkeling. The interactive music performance was quite a pleasant treat although they don't mention it on the listing i was very pleasant surprised
Cool place!!! Away from it all! Everything you can need they have right there for you! 30 min easy bus ride to Sorrento!
Had a great stay at Nettuno. Good communication and in helping us with directions to reach them. Gorgeous view from our apartment and from the on-site restaurant. Would recommend daytrips in the surrounding area. Thank you!
Host was great, good communication and offer of assistance. Promptly dealt with on arrival and he went out of his way to offer advice and make our stay a good one. The accommodation is actually part of a camping holiday park, we stayed in one of their chalets which was very clean and tidy, with a bathroom for each bedroom. There is a supermarket, bar and restaurant onsite and they can also assist with excursions, diving trips etc. Would highly recommend for families.
Very sweet place, great view. Tasty huge pizzas. Sea is wonderful. People who works there are very friendly and always helping. They speaks english, german and russian too. Lots of diving equipment for rent. No problem with parking. Checkin 24/7.
My partner and i had a great time! We loved the novelty of the mobile home and the caravan park had great access to the beach. The mini market and takeaway options are good for any drinks, meals, snacks for your time there if you don't want to eat in restaurants. Michele was also very helpful through msgs with bus options and times. A fantastic little get away and start to our holiday! :)
